QUALITY POLICY



Jubilee Spring Co. manufactures compression, tension and torsion springs, wire shapes and flat pressings in both ferrous and non-ferrous materials according to our customer’s specifications. The testing facilities include theoretical computer analysis and computerised load testing of springs.

Our organisational goal is continuous improvement of workmanship and services to meet our customer needs and expectations. Achievement of this goal will ensure sustained profitable growth.

To achieve these aims we have established a Quality System which is based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9002.

Our Quality Manual outlines our objectives and our System Procedure Manual with our Work Instructions outlines how we intend to achieve our policies. The Quality Systems within Jubilee Spring Co. is designed to ensure that on all contracts, all requirements relating to quality are recognised and that a consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately maintained.

The management and employees at Jubilee Spring Co. are expected and encouraged to strive for excellence in both our quality workmanship and customer service. Personnel selection, training and constructive discipline are addressed in a manner that maximises our quality systems.
